2022 Truck-A-Palooza Vendor Application

Event Information:

  • Event Time:   10am - 2pm
  • Quiet Hours (siren & horn free) 10am - 12pm



  • Set-up:   Gates will open at 7:30 am on the day of the event for participants; all booths must be in place by 9:45 am
  • Booth must be staffed by a member of your company for the entire event

  • We encourage all vendor booths to provide/have a kid-friendly activity

  • Tear-Down:   Will be permitted once the public has left the grounds

  • Weather Policy:   Event will occur RAIN or SHINE


All volunteers and participants will follow all current NMDOH/CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 including, but not limited to, hand washing, wearing of masks, social distancing.

Participant space assignments will be determined by the Junior League of Albuquerque based upon the best interests of the event and/or first-come-first-served basis. 

Vendors must provide a minimum of one (1) adult representative during the event to supervise their station between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the date of the event. Vendors may provide their own tent or canopy, but weights are required by the Fire Marshal. Tents and canopies must be no more than 10’x10’ maximum in size. Set up of the booth space is the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors may unload vehicles near assigned space; however, vehicles must be moved to designated parking area as soon as they are unloaded. Food items must be prepackaged with an FDA approved label for health and safety reasons. Food products may not be made on site. 

Participants grant permission to the Junior League of Albuquerque to take photographs and/or record videos of participants and/or displays during the event for the strict purpose of promotion and publicity of the event and/or the Junior League of Albuquerque.

Participants and their representatives shall conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate for the family-oriented event, which includes but is not limited to the following restrictions: No smoking, no profanity, and no display of inappropriate content or clothing. In the event of inappropriate behavior at the event, the Junior League of Albuquerque reserves the right to close the participant’s booth, and all Sponsor fees paid to the Junior League of Albuquerque will be forfeited.

The nature of the Truck-A-Palooza event involves the interaction of children with participant’s vehicle(s) so that the children can touch, see, and explore the participant’s vehicle(s) and learn about the vehicle(s)’s function. The Junior League of Albuquerque shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any participant property, and participant shall further hold harmless, defend and indemnify the Junior League of Albuquerque, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, causes of action, judgments, damages and expenses including but not limited to attorney’s fees, because of bodily injury, death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property or any other injury or damage resulting from or arising out of (a) participant’s property, (b) participant’s use of the premises, and/or (c) any act, error, or omission on the part of the participant, or its agents, employees, guests, invitees or subcontractors.

EXPO New Mexico maintains security on the grounds at all times. New Mexico prohibits the possession of deadly weapons on the fair grounds. NMAC provides, “No person shall enter the New Mexico state fairgrounds bearing or otherwise possessing any deadly weapon, whether concealed or not.” No discretionary exceptions to NMAC’s prohibition, will be provided by EXPO New Mexico except for peace officers in the performance of their official duties pursuant to NMAC
